Atlantic Equities analyst Colin Isaac downgraded Monsanto (MON) to Neutral with a $105 price target saying, while Bayer is likely to raise its $122 per share offer, it is far from certain that a mutually acceptable valuation will be agreed upon. Isaac continued, given considerable regulatory risk, he expects shares to trade at a significant discount to any agreed offer and sees 15%-20% downside if the deal falls through.
