BMO Capital believes fertilizer sector is up on comments made by Belarusian President Lukashenko. who said he would cooperate with the Russians/Uralkali on potash again, but the organization would have to be based in Minsk/Belarus and Belarus wouldn't make any concessions. The firm's analyst said Lukashenko has said this many times before and this is nothing new and expects fertilizer names to give back today's gains when the market figures this out.
