Morgan Stanley analyst Pamela Kaufman upgraded Altria Group to Equal Weight from Underweight and maintained a $44 price target saying her underperformance thesis has played out and risk/reward appears balanced. Kaufman remains cautious on US cigarette volumes and pricing power, but said weaker growth appears priced in at these levels.
