Morgan Stanley upgraded Melco Crown to Overweight and with a $16.50 price target on shares. The firm expects Melco to deliver the strongest 2016 EBITDA among peers driven by the ramp up of Studio City, additional 50 mass tables in January 2016, and completion of retail expansion in City of Dreams around mid-2016.
