Evercore downgraded MPLX (MPLX) to Sell and reduced its price target to $55 from $80. The firm expects shares to re-rate lower following the proposed acquisition of MarkWest Energy (MWE) and said the company went from a high growth 'drop down titan' to a more organic growth focused MLP with some commodity exposure.
