Needham analyst N. Quinn Bolton downgraded Monolithic Power, saying that while the company's Q1 results were "solid", it remains "exposed to macroeconomic demand uncertainty" with limited visibility for the back half of this year. The analyst is also concerned that Monolithic Power's elevated distribution channel inventory levels at "12 days above normal", adding the company may also underperform its normal seasonal growth patterns despite outgrowing the broader analog market.
