Craig-Hallum analyst Christian Schwab upgraded Marvell to Buy following the announcement it is exiting its mobile handset business. Schwab views the exit as a positive as the business struggled to scale and generate profits. The analyst expects an improved margin structure and strengthening product profile following the restructuring and views risk/reward as attractive. Craig-Hallum has a Buy rating on shares.
