Cowen raised its price target on Marvell to $15 from $12 following its announced settlement with Carnegie-Mellon University. The settlement of $750M removes an overhang and large portion of the payout can be covered with improving fundamentals and cuts to operating expenses, said Cowen, which reiterated its Outperform rating on Marvell shares.
