Atlantic Equities analyst Christopher Wheeler downgraded Morgan Stanley to Underweight saying the fixed income and commodities division continues to "dilute the high quality businesses elsewhere in the group." The analyst expects the stock to underperform and cut his price target for Morgan Stanley shares to $27 from $32.
