Deutsche Bank analyst Matt O'Connor upgraded M&T Bank to Buy from Hold with a price target of $185, up from $168. The upgrade reflects M&T's relative valuation and the analyst's view that the bank is "defensive during bank downturns." He believes the stocks' risk/reward profile at current levels is compelling.
