UBS analyst Susan Maklari downgraded Meritage Homes (MTH) to Sell citing a lack of upside potential to her new price target of $40. The analyst expects home volumes to accelerate entering 2016, however, and upgraded both Toll Brothers (TOL) and D.R. Horton (DHI) this morning to Buy.
