JPMorgan analyst Michael Rehaut downgraded Meritage Homes to Neutral and lowered his price target for the shares to $46 from $55. The analyst believes the current valuation appropriately reflects his outlook for "roughly average" second half of 2018 order growth as well as gross and operating margin expansion in 2019.
