As previously reported, Evercore ISI upgraded Meritage Homes to Outperform from In Line and trimmed its price target to $43 from $47. Analyst Stephen Kim said the Homebuilders group has sold off sharply and is now trading at a 20% discount to book values, a traditional buy signal.
