Wells Fargo analyst Cameron McKnight upgraded Vail Resorts to Outperform saying he sees a path to a $200 stock. The Whistler acquisition is "transformative" and the valuation is not "stretched," McKnight tells investors in a research note. He sees "strong fundamentals" at Vail and upped his price target range for the shares to $165-$180 from $150-$160.
