As previously reported, RBC Capital analyst Seth Weber downgraded Manitowoc to Sector Perform and lowered his price target to $20 from $25. The analyst notes the "step-down in sentiment" gleaned from the findings of his Crane Survey gauging the expansion intentions of rental company responders who cited "increased angst" about volatility in the energy market and uncertainty related to the global trade policies. Weber is lowering his FY20 EBITDA view to $147M from $170M and now assumes revenue for next year to track flat.
