Further, the analyst believes Micron's demand profile for the remainder of the year continues to strengthen amid "strong" data center spending, Skylake server upgrade cycle, iPhone upgrade cycle, "near-seasonal" PC demand trends and increasing content in automobiles. Ahead of the company's earnings next week, Sur reiterates an Outperform rating on the shares with a $40 price target.
