Gabelli analyst Jose Garza named Mueller Water a Best Idea for 2018. The analyst believes the Infrastructure business is still a good one with positive pricing and growth and should benefit from the nations need to update infrastructure. Further, the company is buying back stock and could reduce share count by roughly 30M shares in a leveraged recapitalization, the analyst wrote in a note to investors.
