As previously reported, Seaport Global analyst Walt Liptak upgraded Mueller Water to Buy from Neutral as he believes the worst is behind the company after two tough quarters. Liptak thinks the second half should be more stable and sees the stock's valuation discount compared to the water sector peer group as attractive, he tells investors. He set an $11 price target on the stock which he noted would bring the stock to a narrower 15% valuation discount to peers.
