Johnson Rice analyst David Mann said channel checks suggest trends have weakened at Jos A Bank in November, and could be weaker than expected. Mann said the Buy One Get Two promotion was suppose to be eliminated at the end of October and was surprised by a similar promotion today, which could be an indication of further sales weakness. The analyst has an Accumulate rating on Men's Wearhouse shares.
