Jefferies analyst Randy Giveans upgraded Nordic American Tankers to Hold while lowering his price target for the shares to $3 from $4. The 40M share equity offering, which improves the company's balance sheet, is likely to mark the bottom in the stock, Giveans tells investors in a research note. He notes that Nordic American Tankers is now trading at a slight discount to net asset value for the first time in nearly a decade.
