William Blair analyst Adam Klauber downgraded Navigators to Market Perform saying investors should take a more cautious approach to most commercial Property & Casualty Insurance stocks in the near term. The analyst expects underwriting margins to contract and lead to lower earnings in 2017 and 2018.
