Deutsche Bank analyst Ryan Todd upgraded Noble Energy to Buy saying the company is a "relatively inexpensive defensive play" in a low crude oil price environment. The story has catalysts throughout 2016, led by the Israel project, Todd tells investors in a research note. He raised his price target for the shares to $42 from $38.
