Cowen reiterated Noble Energy as a Top Pick, as they believe the company's cutting of its dividend to a more reasonable level is indicative of solid leadership given commodity prices. Cowen maintained its Outperform rating based on the company's discounted valuation and above average portfolio of assets, but lowered its price target to $42 from $52 on Noble Energy shares.
