Stifel lowered its price target on Noble Energy as the firm says that a decision by the Israeli Supreme Court will delay approval of the Leviathan natural gas project until next year and postpone initial production from the field until 2020, versus its previous projection of 2019. However, the firm keeps a Buy rating on the stock.
