As previously reported, Mitsubishi UFJ upgraded Noble Energy two notches to Overweight from Underweight and increased its price target to $40 from $34. Analyst Michael McAllister said Q1 outperformance was driven by strong production and lower-than-expected costs and upgraded shares on potential to generate free cash flow in a sub-$50 oil price area.
