After meeting with Noble's management, BMO Capital analyst Phillip Jungwirth says that the company's U.s. onshore productivity is "well ahead of its base case assumptions." He thinks that the volumes at Israel's Leviathan field are more likely to reach 1T cf/d at srtaup in 2020, versus the company's initial base case projection of 600MMcf/d. If the latter volume is reached, Noble would be "the second cheapest large-cap E&P" based on EV/EBITDA the analyst stated. He keeps an Outperform rating on the shares.
