KeyBanc analyst Leo Mariani said he expects shares of Noble Energy to have a "slightly negative" reaction following a report from the Jerusalem Post saying that a temporary injunction was filed that prevents the company from conducting "operations involving gas emissions" at the Leviathan field just days before the field was slated to start production. Mariani noted that the order was filed by a district judge and froze the permit for gas emissions that had been granted to Noble Energy by the Ministry of Environmental Protection. The analyst has a Sector Weight rating on the stock.
