Seaport Global analyst Mark Brown upgraded Nabors Industries (NBR) to Buy and increased its price target to $12 from $10. The analyst said shares trade at a significant discount to peers and believes Nabors has advanced far along in the commercialization of drilling technologies that will drive EBITDA, despite the C&J Energy (CJES) outcome.
