DA Davidson analyst Matt Summerville lowered his price target on NCR Corp to $33 from $38 and also reduced his FY18 EPS view to $3.20 from $3.35 after the company's below-consensus Q2 guidance. The analyst notes that the margin headwinds in Hardware and Software segments suggest that the company's affirmed FY18 outlook assumes an "overly aggressive" expectation of a ramp in EPS, even though the company's backlog appears to be "essentially flat". Summerville keeps his Neutral rating on NCR Corp.
