Raymond James analyst Patrick O'Shaughnessy raised his price target for Nasdaq to $114 ahead of the company's Q4 report, saying Q4 was a soft quarter for transaction volumes with each of Nasdaq's major product categories posting y/y declines against a difficult comparison. Both U.S. equities and options industry-wide volumes fell vs. 4Q18 and, while Nasdaq's option market share was roughly unchanged, declines in U.S. equities were amplified by lower share, the analyst told investors in a research note. He made no change to his Outperform rating.
