Goldman analyst Waqar Syed downgraded Noble Corp to Sell and lowered his price target to $5.50 from $8 on shares. The analyst sees a deterioration in EBITDA through 2018 driven by 18 rigs that are rolling off of contract between 2016-2018. Syed expects the rigs will either be idle due to weak demand or new contracts will be reset at significantly lower dayrates.
