BofA/Merrill analyst Timna Tanners upgraded Noble Corp. to Neutral and maintained its $7.50 price target following an upgrade of the Energy Sector to Overweight by the commodity strategist team. Tanners said Noble's valuation is more attractive following the recent pullback, backlog supports its Shell relationship, and debt refinancing is a possible catalyst.
