RBC Capital analyst Mark Mahaney says that his firm's survey shows that Netflix's penetration in the U.S. is rising, while its churn headwinds could be dropping. The analyst adds that data indicates that penetration in the U.K. is increasing, while penetration in Brazil is "very strong." He thinks that the company's overseas business can be as profitable as its U.S. business. He keeps a $130 price target and Outperform rating on Netflix.
