Wells Fargo analyst David Tameron downgraded Newfield Exploration and other Exploration & Production names to Market Perform from Outperform citing headwinds from service cost increases, slowing efficiency gains and uncertain long-term price expectations. The analyst lowered his price target range for the shares to $40-$50 from $50-$55.
