Hilliard Lyons analyst John Roberts upgraded National Health Investors to Long-Term Buy from Neutral with a $77 per share 2-3 year price target, saying the company's recent acquisition activity has increased the company's value, and its forward outlook is now solidly better than its peer group. Roberts sees the current share price as a good entry point for long term investors and noted that investors will get a better than 6% yield on National Health's dividend that was just increased.
