After Nielsen agreed to buy Gracenote, Bernstein analyst Todd Juenger says that the lack of accretion from the deal is "uninspiring." However, he says that the "data about data" that Gracenote provides is important from a strategic perspective, and he thinks that Gracenote provides a "key research input" that facilitates the measurement of set-top box data.The analyst says that the deal "has signficant value, and he keeps a $53 price target and an Outperform rating on Nielsen.
