Wells Fargo upgraded Annaly Capital to Outperform after raising the Residential REIT sub-sector to Overweight from Market Weight. Wells finds the risk/rewards in the space as attractive saying "relatively" stable payout levels should contribute to "valuation stability." It has a $10.50-$11 price target range for Annaly shares.
