Citigroup analyst Koichi Niwa downgraded Nomura Holdings to Sell from Neutral with a price target of 320 yen. The analyst sees a "grim" earnings environment for Nomura's domestic retail division and fixed income business. Further, Niwa believes is too optimistic that the operating environment will improve.
