As previously reported, JPMorgan analyst Wataru Otsuka upgraded Nomura Holdings to Neutral from Underweight following the company's Q1 results. Pretax profit rebounded sharply and topped his forecast, reported the analyst, who said the company's earnings recovery is clearer than he had expected. A shift to a more bullish rating would require further confirmation of this progress, said Otsuka, who raised his price target on Nomura shares to Y410 from Y400.
