W.P. Carey (WPC) upgraded to Outperform from Market Perform at BMO Capital with the firm saying that it's more upbeat on the company's "leadership and direction" after hosting investor meetings with W.P. Carey. 4. Chesapeake (CHK) upgraded to Buy from Hold at Tudor Pickering. 5. Williams (WMB) upgraded to Buy from Hold at Tudor Pickering.
