As reported earlier, MKM Partners analyst Michael Genovese upgraded Nokia to Buy from Neutral and raised his price target to $7.50 from $5.50. The analyst says he is bullish on Nokia's "multiyear 5G opportunity", adding that while the management anticipates a decline in revenue this year, along with operating margin headwinds from 5G trial investments, 2019-2020 should see "revenue growth and margin expansion driven by global 5G activity". Genovese further notes that he is encouraged by the "latest 5G time lines and capex budgets offered by major early mover carriers".
