Cowen analyst J. Derrick Wood raised his price target on ServiceNow to $100 from $95 following what he called "very clean" Q3 results that beat expectations. The analyst said productivity seems to be kicking into a new gear as the company sells its broader portfolio to large enterprises. Wood reiterated his Outperform rating on ServiceNow shares.
