Piper Jaffray analyst Troy Jensen believes the selloff in shares of NeoPhotonics following the company's lowered Q4 outlook creates an attractive entry point. NeoPhotonics is set to benefit "materially from the next wave of China tenders in 2017," Jensen tells investors in a research note where he lowered his price target for the shares to $12.50 from $16. He continues to like the stock's 12 month outlook and keeps an Overweight rating on the name.
