Rosenblatt believes the market has overreacted to NQ Mobile's short-term revenue and earnings miss due to all the asset transactions and business restructuring. The movile game business strength should prove a good foundation to divest FL Mobile assets and the Showself business, the firm wrote. Rosenblatt said as long as the deal go through, the stock has upside potential. The firm rates NQ Mobile a Buy with a $13 price target on shares.
