UBS lowered its price target on Northstar Realty to $22 from $46 following its revision on value methodology after the company's change in strategy. The firm's price target reflects a discount to NAV to reflect the uncertainty regarding the timing of asset sales. UBS maintained its Buy rating on Northstar Realty shares.
