UBS said the sympathy selloff in New Residential (NRZ) from the weakness in Ocwen (OCN) is misplaced. The firm said New Residential remains its top pick in the mREIT space and they expect its strong operating performance that was displayed over the past two quarters to continue. UBS reiterated its Buy rating and $21 price target on New Residential shares.
