Argus analyst Jim Kelleher raised his price target on NetApp to $76, saying the company is executing its strategy to grow its cloud-based business and increase its market share while forecasting multi-year mid-single-digit revenue growth and mid-teens EPS growth. Kelleher also raised his FY19 EPS view to $3.94 from $3.86, citing the positive benefits of U.S. tax changes as well as NetApp's improving margins and strong product sales profile amid "insatiable data storage demand in the age of cloud". The analyst kept his Buy rating on NetApp.
