Huawei is at risk of a Presidential executive order that would bar U.S. companies from buying Huawei gear, but Lake Street analyst Eric Martinuzzi told investors in a research note that Huawei is a low end competitor of NetScout's in the the service provider market and that he does not see the move as a major boost to NetScout, but believes that the weakening of a competitor's position could help NetScout's service provider win rate in CY19. The analyst has a Buy rating and $33 price target on NetScout.
