Barclays analyst Gregory Zhao raised his price target for NetEase to $270 citing the company's "solid" Q3 results. The analyst expects newly launched gaming titles to bring NetEase's total online gaming revenues to a historical high in Q4. Zhao, however, remains concerned about the government's regulation risks and relative soft market sentiment on China gaming sector. He keeps an Equal Weight rating on shares of NetEase.
