Raymond James upgraded Netgear two notches to Outperform from Underperform and established a $39 price target on shares. Analyst Tavis McCourt said Q3 results were meaningfully better than expected driven by Arlo IP security camera double-digit growth in retail and progress with channel inventory in the commercial business. McCourt believes the retail business can sustain double-digit revenue growth as it expands Arlo from an IP camera to a smart home platform.
